Introducing Life Design Lab

There’s a difference between consuming transformation content and actually transforming your life.

One feels productive.
The other changes everything.

For the last year, I’ve shared ideas through my Saturday Newsletters and YouTube videos. I call that body of work Transformative Training.

Because knowledge has the potential power to change worlds.
But knowledge without action is just a benchwarmer.
It has all the skills needed to get in the game, but we’ll never know if it’s only keeping the bench warm.

And in order to get more fulfillment out of this life, we have to take action.

I call this Transformative Training in Action.

This is the experimental portion of the scientific method, where we take our hypothesis into the lab.

So with that said, I’ve been sharing half of the process of actual transformation and I feel it’s fitting to take it up a notch.

I introduce: Life Design Lab.

My Tuesday email-only lab notes where I’ll show you what building a better life actually looks like in practice.

No more talking the talk.
It’s time to walk the walk.

Every Tuesday I’ll share quick notes from the experiments I’m running in real life to upgrade my health, wealth, mind, and self.
Wins, failures, and lessons included.

So if you haven’t already, be sure to subscribe to my newsletter here before Tuesday so you don’t miss the first edition of the exclusive Life Design Lab notes.

These experiments, lessons, wins, failures, and behind-the-scene shifts will only be shared through email.

And if you’re already subscribed, I’ll see you in your inbox starting Tuesday, 5/26/26.
