Let me guess

You’re trapped at the starting line, you know there’s a step to take, but you’re stuck.

Stuck deciding, thinking of every possible reason to not start.

Doing every single thing except picking your feet up and moving.

You haven’t prepared your mind to do anything except critique, pre-judge, and use many of the age old excuses that hold your place in the mediocre circle.

The mediocre circle looks so cozy- I mean everyone is there, the food is familiar, the language feels like home, the vibe is vibing, but honestly that sh*t lame AF. 

No originals, the same two-piece sets, the same bundles, the same mindset, the same relationships- there are no signs of life, at least not a live to the fullest life… the one you so deeply crave.

If you’re reading this, I know that’s not where you want to reside.

You’re reading this looking for a sign to exit that dull of a place before you become an OG of that community. 

That was me with starting this newsletter and many more times throughout my life. I’ve had the idea to share my thoughts for years via a newsletter at this point. Full transparency I was stuck at the starting line in the mediocre circle over analyzing how I shouldn’t do exactly what I was called to do.

I don’t have all of the answers and I’m growing and sharing as I write. I just whole heartedly believe that we have yet to tap in to our true human potential but when we do we can design the lifestyle we desire. Just to clarify, I’m not talking about the cookie-cutter, Instagram-perfect lifestyle—although it is very aesthetically pleasing. I want much more than that, and I’m certain you do as well.

I want to unpack, discover, share, and grow—to say yes to rest and be a lady of leisure, all while pursuing projects I enjoy, giving and receiving, and embracing all the good things life has to offer. If this resonates with you, please keep reading.

Okay so you’re thinking this sounds nice but exactly where do I start? Preparation of course.

How to prepare your mind so you can stop blending in so well and start giving yourself pHERmission to bloom???

Start A Personal Challenge.

Start a personal challenge to break up the monotony that you loathe. There’s no other choice, you will have to flip the whole script to get out of that life sucking mediocre circle. 


You don’t need accountability partners—you just need one thing to commit to, something that addresses a problem in one of the core four areas of life.

Health

Wealth

Relationships

Happiness

Yes there are more areas of life but they can be lumped in to these main four. 

For my personal challenge, I challenged myself to walk 1,000,000 steps in 100 days. I’m 3 days away from day 100 and I hit my goal on day 91, 9 days ahead of schedule. 

You don’t have to figure out how to start a challenge and the details right now. You don’t need a fancy template to download just get a pencil/pen and some paper—Brownie points if you write it as today’s journal entry.

You want to begin without adding so much pressure, keeping things light and simple.

Just draw a brainstorm spiderweb with the words I HATE in the middle circle, and the 4 connecting webs titled health, wealth, relationships, and happiness. Like this 


In each of the areas jot down, very specifically what you hate. This is a brainstorm for what others call your anti-vision.

When I did this activity mine were fat, broke, not traveling/living abroad, and lonely. 1 for each category.

Now write yours- and I have a feeling you know exactly what your anti-vision is so we will work to articulate it. This is just a brainstorm to get you started.
