Affirmations become a temporary escape.
And your identity becomes a loop you cannot climb out of.

You feel trapped in your head instead of alive in your body.

You are not a flawed character.
Your biology is replicating your input.
You put in trash; it gives you trash back.
It is not rocket science.
It is truth.

You know deeply that you have to change.
You may even think you know how.
But the truth is simple.

You do not have all the answers, Sway... at least not yet!

Twelve months ago, this was my life.
I was down, depressed, and spiritually exhausted.
Then I looked at the bloodwork I had been avoiding for a whole year.
My body had been screaming for help, and I kept acting like whispers were enough.

I had two choices.
Keep waiting for life to save me and stay disappointed forever.
Or look myself in the mirror and say a self-deprecating truth so honest that it ignited the entire script for my 2025.

A little bit of self-deprecation can be healthy.
But the way I roasted myself into a 50 plus pound weight release might be classified as bullying.
But it was me to me.
