Stop starting over with yourself.
Build the habit. Build the proof.

You do not need another burst of motivation.
You need a system that helps you follow through long enough to trust yourself again.
If you keep restarting your habits, doubting your discipline, or waiting for the “right time,” this was built for you.
Inside 100 Days, One You, you'll get:
✅ 14-page guided workbook to help you prepare mentally and spiritually
✅A customizable Google Sheets habit tracker
✅ 10x10 Stacking Method to help you complete 100 days in manageable sprints
✅Calendar prompts and setup guidance to keep your commitment visible
✅Reflection cues to help you reset without quitting
Here’s how it works:
- Choose 1–3 habits that actually move your life forward
- Commit to 10 days at a time
- Track your progress daily
- Reflect and recommit at each checkpoint
- Build 100 days of proof that you follow through
What makes this different
Most habit products focus on hype. This one focuses on proof.
You’re not trying to become a new person overnight.
You’re stacking evidence that you are already becoming her.
This is for you if…
- You are tired of starting over with yourself
- You want structure without overwhelm
- You are ready to build self-trust through action, not affirmation alone
- You know change requires consistency, but 100 days feels too big without a system
I built this from lived experience.
I didn’t need more hype.
I needed a method that helped me stop quitting on myself.
Start with 10 days. Then do it again.
We call it stacking.
Each 10-day sprint = one layer of proof.
No ego. Just evidence.

FAQs
Is this for beginners?
Yes. This is designed for anyone starting from zero or restarting again. You don't need experience or a perfect routine. You just need to be willing to show up consistently for 100 days.
What if I miss a day?
You don't restart. The goal is consistency over perfection. If you miss a day, you simply continue the next day. This is about building identity, mot punishing setbacks.
Do I need to use Google Sheets?
The tracker is part of the full experience. It was designed in Google Sheets, so that is where it works best and where the formatting is intended to function properly.
You can technically open it in Apple Numbers or Microsoft Excel, but the formatting may not display correctly and you may lose some of the structure.
That said, the most important part is consistency. Use whatever setup allows you to actually show up daily and track your progress.
How much time does this take each day?
Most days take 20-40minutes depending on how you structure it. The focus is consistency, not complexity.
Do I get instant access?
Yes. You get immediate access right after purchase so you can start right away. No waiting, no onboarding delay.
You do not need to feel ready. You need to decide and collect proof. ✅
